We began our operations in 1996 as a contractor, providing construction and renovation services in Warsaw and the surrounding area. We led projects for both domestic and international investors. We soon earned a strong reputation of a trustworthy and reliable partner in real estate construction projects. Experience gained through these, inspired us to launch our own, independent real estate projects. Since 2002, we have been undertaking increasingly large-scale operations, gradually expanding our real estate portfolio.
